Champion
Here I am. I know you see me.
Beaten but not defeated, knocked down but not anchored. The ascendency is mine.
I’ve walked the flames of hell to sprinkle the ashes of royalty. This is my time.
A small axe amidst the forest, I’ve devoured the foliage. A clear path stands before me.
From the back of the line, I emerged.
Sleeping in the muck of the valleys to slay the pretenders. My head lamps flickering, on the road to success.
I toiled the hills of victory, overcoming the contenders. Summoned my inner being, withdrew my adrenaline to dance with the giants.
And like a bee toppling the elephant with a deadly sting, I’ve crippled the giants. Now here I stand. Big. And proud. The little juggernaut.
I am the greatest. My silence is silent, my brag is golden. Like Ali. And I’ve eclipsed the best, smashed every set goal like Messi, Ronaldo and Thierry Henry.
And now, I’m basking on the throne. The upper echelons embrace me. The unforeseen heir has snatched the crown. Effaced the greats before me to engrave my very name. History belongs to me.
