In Your Arms

In your arms is where my strength lies; yet you bring out a weakness in me.

My mind and soul are mellow, and peace emanates within me.

My place of reconciliation. You, I confide in. Confessions of bad and good;

Only to you, do I pour out my heart.

Like a mother’s embrace to a baby, your warmth, so priceless; therapeutic, my drug. Produces hallucinations of heaven.

Your fingers upon me, awakens my senses. Goosebumps become my skin.

We set our egos aside, infuse our inner most desires, equate our physics and derive, the perfect chemistry.

When we’re intimate, reality fades, time elapses. The moments always seem premature, I can never have enough of you. Like my preferred meal, I always need a serving; to feed, that unquenchable craving.

And for all problems I face, or when I simply require solace; I don’t need a professional, no parent or best friend. I just want to be…

In your arms
